The Element of Nature

Immersive Holistic Retreat

The benefits of communing with nature to the mind, body and spirit comes from a deep love and respect for all of the natural world, including ourselves.

Included in Retreat-

* daily meditations, several forms explored

* daily yoga, including Kundalini

* beach art activity

* herbal walk

* night walk meditation

* welcome fire ceremony, and a campfire every evening

The Element of Nature retreats run an exclusive program designed to explore and strengthen our connection to self and the natural world with a holistic journey through the elements. Drawing on practices and techniques, old and new, that relax, recharge and reinvigorate, deepening the connection with self and natural world.

The fee of £650 for 4 night stay includes all activities, accommodation and food.                

3 night stay is £450. 10% deposit required to secure place, the balance payable 1 month before retreat start.

About Trace

A background of science, art and the natural world, with a deep passion for and lifelong experience of the natural world. 20 years experience connecting people with nature, which started with a Masters degree in Communicating Science. Most recent work is with the Eden project engaging visitors with a vast range of activities around nature, self and community, including: the Big Walk (Scotland), a Lead Artist for Pages of the Sea (100 years armistice day), craft and activities workshops. Previous to this Trace worked with groups Greening Petersfield and Petersfield Nature connecting people and nature through events and activities. Coupled with a lifelong interest and practice of holistic living and alternative therapies (article on herbalism recently published in Permaculture magazine) and a distinctly spiritual side, Trace has put together the program that almagamates her knowledge and skills. With yoga and therapies from highly skilled guest practitioners.

Yoga will be with Teja (Kundalini), or Kirsty (Iyenga)

Therapies from Sheila (Reiki Master) and Teja, (Hot stone massage and aromatherapy available for a surcharge)
