There are hand sanitising stations in each area of the facilities and we have provided an outside sink
We would like to reassure our guests that should we be closed due to lockdown measures by the Government, our guests will receive a full refund

THE GOVERNMENT HAVE ISSUED GUIDELINES ON SHARED FACILITIES,
from 12/4 - 17/5 all showers must be booked and then they will be cleaned before another family or bubble have their booked time.

We have introduced safety measures as follows
These are temporary measures for safeguarding our guests and ourselves. no exceptions will be made.

- WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING ANY BEDDING so guests will need to bring everything including pillows, sheets and duvets or sleeping bags.

-WOOD AND FIRELIGHTERS TO BE ORDERED AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE

-ONLY ONE FAMILY AT A TIME IN THE SHOWER BLOCK (horse box)

-SELF CHECK IN

-CHECK OUT MUST BE NO LATER THAN 10AM AS WE HAVE ENHANCED CLEANING TO CARRY OUT IN VACATED YURTS TO BE READY TO WELCOME OUR NEXT GUESTS SAFELY
-WE WILL BE FOLLOWING THE 2M DISTANCE RULE UNTIL THE GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES CHANGE
